In this role, you will move beyond basic data analysis to architect statistical models, deploy predictive analytics, and drive high-impact, data-driven business decisions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nData Insights :\n\n- Architect robust data pipelines to collect, clean, validate, and analyze vast datasets, translating them into actionable strategic insights.\n\nAdvanced Modeling :\n\n- Apply complex statistical and machine learning techniques, including exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, classification, and clustering.\n\nR&D and Innovation :\n\n- Research evolving AI methodologies, GenAI, and automation solutions to find innovative opportunities for business and process improvements.\n\nTool & Workflow Development :\n\n- Design and deploy production-grade dashboards, analytical scripts, automation workflows, and internal tools using Python, SQL, APIs, and Generative AI frameworks.\n\nEnd-to-End Ownership :\n\n- Identify operational bottlenecks, define project requirements, and own data science projects from initial research through deployment and continuous iteration.\n\nStakeholder Communication :\n\n- Translate complex technical models and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives, reports, and presentations for leadership and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nMinimum Qualifications :\n\n- Education : M.Sc., M.Tech., M.E, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Operations Research, or related fields.\n\n- Experience : 2 -
