Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities at industrial and plant project sites.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of **MV/LV substations, transformers, and electrical panels.
  • Supervise MV/LV cable laying, glanding, and termination activities.
  • Ensure proper installation of cable containment systems as per project requirements.
  • Read, interpret, and execute work based on SLDs and electrical drawings.
  • Supervise site manpower, allocate daily work activities, and monitor team productivity.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, consultants, and other site teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor work progress, material consumption, and manpower utilization against project plans.
  • Identify electrical faults and supervise **troubleshooting and rectification** activities.
  • Inspect electrical installation work to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Keyskills Required:
