This is a highly technical role focused on designing, implementing, and operating low-latency, high-throughput services that sit at the heart of Yobi’s Behavioral AI platform.\nYou’ll work on everything from real-time bidding and decisioning to cloud-native infrastructure and deployment tooling, collaborating closely with product and data teams to deliver performant, reliable, and observable systems that scale.\nWhat it takes to succeed in this role:\nStrong ownership. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and have a track record of turning uncertainty into a clear actionable implementation plan.\n\nDeep systems experience. You’ve built or scaled distributed, high-throughput, low-latency systems-ideally in advertising, recommendations, or another real-time domain.\n\nStrong with compiled languages. You’re fluent in one or more of Go, Rust, C++, Scala, or Java, and write code with clarity, correctness, and performance in mind.\n\nArchitectural ownership. You can design clean interfaces, modular service boundaries, and deployment patterns that scale with product and team growth.\n\nOperational maturity. You understand observability, alerting, and reproducibility, and you treat CI/CD and infrastructure as first-class citizens.\n\nStartup mindset. You balance strong technical standards with pragmatism-you know when to ship and when to refactor.\n\nA reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below.
