You will play a key role in monitoring network performance, handling bandwidth analysis, and coordinating with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities :\n\n- Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.\n\n- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.\n\n- Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.\n\n- Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.\n\n- Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.\n\n- Carry out basic network operations : VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.\n\n- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.\n\n- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.\n\n- Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- Proficiency in ticketing tool, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and other network monitoring tools.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Routing protocols, Virtual private networks (VPN), Switching protocols, and Wireless networking.\n\n- Excellent communication skills for ISP coordination and international client coordination.\n\n- Ability to work in rotational shifts.\n\n- Experience with Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ITIL certification, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) would be a plus.\n\nJoin our dynamic team as a Network Support Engineer (L1) and take your career to the next level.
