Incorta Development & Data Modeling :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, business schemas, and business views within the Incorta platform.\n\n- Build and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for business users and leadership teams.\n\n- Develop and manage data ingestion processes using Incorta Direct Data Mapping (DDM), physical schemas, and data pipelines.\n\n- Implement best practices for data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.\n\n2. Data Integration & Analytics :\n\n- Integrate Incorta with enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and other business systems.\n\n- Perform data transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n\n- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.\n\n- Support enterprise reporting, KPI development, and self-service analytics initiatives.\n\n3. Performance Optimization & Support :\n\n- Optimize dashboard performance, query execution, and data load processes for large-scale datasets.\n\n- Analyze and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and platform-related challenges.\n\n- Monitor system health and ensure high availability and reliability of Incorta environments.\n\n- Support platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities.\n\n4. Governance & Security :\n\n- Implement and maintain role-based security, access controls, and governance standards within Incorta.\n\n- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security policies.\n\n- Participate in establishing development standards, documentation practices, and solution design guidelines.\n\n5. Stakeholder Collaboration :\n\n- Partner with business users, data engineers, architects, and ERP teams to deliver analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where required.\n\n- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to analytics roadmap planning.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Warehousing roles.\n\n- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Incorta development experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in Incorta Data Modeling, Business Schemas, Dashboards and Analytics, Direct Data Mapping (DDM), and Data Ingestion.\n\n- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational databases.\n\n- Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).\n\n- Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets and performance tuning.\n\n- Hands-on experience integrating data from ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion, and Salesforce.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Incorta certification(s) preferred.\n\n- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Exposure to complementary BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.\n\n- Experience with Python, Shell Scripting, or automation tools.\n\n- Understanding of data governance, security, and access management frameworks.\n\n- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\n- Prior experience supporting finance, supply chain, sales, or ERP analytics use cases.\n\nKey Competencies:\n\n- Strong expertise in enterprise analytics and reporting solutions.\n\n- Deep understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.\n\n- Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed team environment.\n\n- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement-gathering capabilities.\n\n- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.\n\n- Ability to mentor team members and drive technical best practices.\n\nMandatory Screening Criteria:\n\n- Hands-on Incorta development experience.\n\n- Experience building Incorta dashboards and business schemas.\n\n- Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.\n\n- Experience working with SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise data sources.\n\n- Experience optimizing
