As we continue to scale across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and D2C, we're looking for a brand marketer who can help build the next phase of the Yogabar brand.

The Role

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Marketing team to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and execution across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both brand strategy and execution and is excited by the pace of a growing FMCG brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly brand plans.
• Translate brand strategy into impactful consumer campaigns and communication.
• Work on brand positioning, messaging and communication across consumer touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency of Yogabar's brand identity across channels.
• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, quick commerce and offline channels.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, influencers and internal teams.
• Develop campaign briefs, communication frameworks and creative briefs.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Track consumer trends, category developments and competitor activity.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable brand initiatives.
• Support new product development and launches from a marketing perspective.
• Work with R&D, packaging, sales and commercial teams on new launches.
• Assist in developing product propositions, packaging communication and go-to-market plans.
• Work closely with the digital/social media team to build relevant and engaging content.
• Identify opportunities across social media, influencers and emerging digital platforms.
• Collaborate with E-commerce and Quick Commerce teams on brand visibility and growth initiatives.
• Support platform-specific campaigns and product visibility initiatives across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
• Track key brand and campaign metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyse sales, market share, campaign ROI and consumer metrics and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C or Consumer Brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand building.
• Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, curious, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in health & wellness, nutrition, snacking, food or lifestyle categories.
• Exposure to E-commerce and Quick Commerce.
• Experience with new product launches.
• Understanding of consumer research and brand analytics.
