As we continue to scale across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and D2C, we're looking for a brand marketer who can help build the next phase of the Yogabar brand.\nThe Role\nAs an Assistant Brand Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Marketing team to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and execution across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both brand strategy and execution and is excited by the pace of a growing FMCG brand.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and execution of annual and quarterly brand plans.\nTranslate brand strategy into impactful consumer campaigns and communication.\nWork on brand positioning, messaging and communication across consumer touchpoints.\nEnsure consistency of Yogabar's brand identity across channels.\nAssist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, quick commerce and offline channels.\nCoordinate with creative agencies, media partners, influencers and internal teams.\nDevelop campaign briefs, communication frameworks and creative briefs.\nTrack campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.\nTrack consumer trends, category developments and competitor activity.\nConduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.\nTranslate consumer insights into actionable brand initiatives.\nSupport new product development and launches from a marketing perspective.\nWork with R&D, packaging, sales and commercial teams on new launches.\nAssist in developing product propositions, packaging communication and go-to-market plans.\nWork closely with the digital/social media team to build relevant and engaging content.\nIdentify opportunities across social media, influencers and emerging digital platforms.\nCollaborate with E-commerce and Quick Commerce teams on brand visibility and growth initiatives.\nSupport platform-specific campaigns and product visibility initiatives across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.\nTrack key brand and campaign metrics and prepare regular performance reports.\nAnalyse sales, market share, campaign ROI and consumer metrics and recommend improvements.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C or Consumer Brands.\nStrong understanding of consumer marketing and brand building.\nExperience working on integrated marketing campaigns.\nGood understanding of digital marketing and social media.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and agencies.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nHands-on, curious, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nGood to Have\nExperience in health & wellness, nutrition, snacking, food or lifestyle categories.\nExposure to E-commerce and Quick Commerce.\nExperience with new product launches.\nUnderstanding of consumer research and brand analytics.\nWhy Yogabar?\nWork on a fast-growing Indian consumer brand.\nGet exposure across brand, digital, e-commerce, quick commerce and offline channels.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.\nOpportunity to take ownership of real business problems and build brands at scale.\nThink you can help make healthy eating more exciting?
