In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.\nJob Description:\nManage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services\nHandle multiple purchasing requirements concurrently and prioritise work according to project requirements, delivery dates and urgency\nIdentify potential suppliers, conduct supplier qualifications and evaluations activities.\nIdentify potential cost-saving opportunities through competitive sourcing, quotation comparison, supplier negotiation and alternative sourcing\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Project, Finance and Operations, to align procurement activities with business requirements\nSupport the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize sourcing processes\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures and applicable regulatory requirements\nMaintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information and preparing reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance and cost savings\nExecute cost saving initiatives and process improvement\nJob Requirements:\nDegree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Engineering background\n2-3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing or procurement within a Direct and/or Indirect procurement environment.
