任职资格（Job Qualifications）
学历学位 (Education Background)：本科及以上学历，或具备同等学历
专业 (Professionals)：化学、仪表自动化或者相关专业
经验/履历 (Working Experience) ：3年或以上分析仪、流量、温度压力仪表工作经验，色谱分析仪优先，可独立处理大部分工作场景并为他人提供专业建议; 具备团队工作协调的基础管理经验
专业技能 (Professional Skills)：可独立开展工作且能提供技术指导，熟练掌握客户关系深化、服务沟通技巧、客户异议处理、数字化客户沟通、服务转化销售等能力; 能独立制定工作计划、培养客户忠诚度、
推进客户导向工作，做好合规管理、计算机操作、IT 测试、政策法规解读、技术支持服务、报告编制审核及技术问题排查。
其他如语言计算机能力等(Others such as Language/Computer Skills)：英语熟练
岗位职责描述（Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)
1，接收处理客户产品咨询及投诉，凭借专业技术知识为客户提供全流程技术支持，维护核心客户与销售团队的合作关系，搭建企业与客户的核心沟通桥梁，可对接多品类产品市场业务。
2，汇总梳理客户高频问题，制定并优化应对策略，针对复杂技术难题完成故障定位与快速解决
3，参与跨团队资源保障交付; 为客户沟通设定明确目标，梳理客户核心需求并专业解答，主导核心客户定期回访，确保客户充分发挥产品 / 服务价值。
4，在服务对接中挖掘销售机会，推介公司其他产品 / 服务; 持续参与培训与能力评估，考取专业资质，通过多渠道学习掌握行业技术、监管要求及最佳实践
5，可接受全国出差
