In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.\nJob Purpose\nTo lead the detailed engineering, design, assembly and testing team of various Safety Instrumented Systems as per the project specification requirements.\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities\nLead the Safety System Engineering Team in a project.\nReviewing the Project technical requirements, Specifications and Standards.\nPreparation and review of work procedures and hardware/ product specifications.\nReporting to the Project Manager on day to day activities.\nPerforming and reviewing the detailed engineering, design, assembly and testing of the system as per the Project specification requirements.\nPreparation and review of Bill of Material for various Safety Systems.\nCoordination with Customer Engineers for technical issues.\nPreparation and review of Purchase Order for various Projects Materials.\nAssisting the Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer as and when required for technical issues.\nPreparation of Safety Validation Plan for Safety Projects.\nCoordination with Document Controller for Control of Project documentation and QC Engineer for Inspection and Testing related activities.\nArranging Internal Meeting/ Project walk through for achieving Project milestones.\nProject Progress Monitoring and control.\nParticipating site acceptance test, commissioning and start-up activities.\nAdhering to the Project Schedule & Project Quality Plan.\nPreparation of scope of work deviations and tracking.\nQualification and Experience\nA Degree in Engineering Field, Preferably in Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical.\nMinimum 14 years experience in the field of Instrumentation and Control and Safety Systems.\nSafety Training “B” Certificates.\nTUV Functional Safety Engineer Certification (Preferable)\nRequired Competencies / Skills\nKnowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications.\nProject Report writing skills.\nProject Design Engineering Packages and related Software.\nYokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
