In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.\nJob Purpose:\n· Respond to allocated trouble request, providing appropriate on-site service of equipment to restoration functionality and provide subsequent resolution according to the customer request and/or contract obligations (including meeting SLAs).\n· Execute installations, modifications (including upgrades), application change requests and/or other professional services jobs in accordance with work orders and/or customer contracts.\n· Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities\n· Works effectively in both an individual and team environment.\n· To provide all after-Sales services to Customer.\n· Responsible to secure Customer Satisfaction by providing prompt Services\n· Accountable for effective technical support to recover from System failures and preventative maintenance\n· Proactive sales promotion of services and spare parts to customers\n· Performs timely reporting to Manager/Team leader on the jobs assigned.\n· Responsible for follows up and closing of customer service issues.\n· May work on multiple, simultaneous projects and various products of Yokogawa.\n· Engineering of Yokgoawa Control system & generate necessary documentation.\n· Capable of driving projects independently with the direction given by lead engineers.\n· Exhibits the importance of frugal and efficient time management, and reports time promptly and accurately as required by company policies.\n· Capable to follow Yokogawa quality procedures and documentation.\n· Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and analyses\n· Coordinate with site engineers for progress updates, resource status, and issue resolution.\n· Support timely preparation and submission of invoices as per project milestones.\n· Ensure all required supporting documentation for billing is complete and verified.\n· Assist in preparing job/project presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.\n· Train Customer and Yokogawa employees on ILB/OMS, TLSVP system engineering and maintenance\n· Maintain proper documentation for job/project close-out and audits.\nQualification and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in engineering - Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics\n9-10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, troubleshooting and maintenance of Yokogawa Control systems\nKnowledge and experience of Yokogawa ILB/OMS, TLSVP, PRM is Mandatory.\nFamiliar with Yokogawa ICSS Life Cycle Management will be an advantage\nPreferably having experience in Customer facing roles\nCompetencies & Skills\nGood and effective team player.\nUnderstanding of the quality practices.\nStrong communication and analytical skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask.\nCustomer interaction/relationship skills\nResolving complaints/interacting\nService methodologies\nWriting skills\nYokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
