Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes finance, marketing, opérations et service client, et tu auras un impact direct sur nos processus et notre efficacité.\nMissions\nÊtre le point de contact data des équipes finance, marketing, opérations et service client, comprendre le besoin, le challenger, le traduire en solution et la livrer.\nFaire évoluer le modèle de données dbt : nouveaux modèles, refactorisations, tests, documentation et amélioration continue.\nDévelopper des agents d'analytique en libre-service avec Claude ou Dust, déjà en place, appuyés sur notre semantic layer, pour que les équipes métier obtiennent des réponses documentées sans ouvrir de ticket.\nProfil recherché\nLes bases indispensables\nUne expérience pratique en analytics ou en analytics engineering, idéalement acquise en production.\n\nUne pratique avancée de SQL.\n\nUne expérience de dbt en production.\n\nUne bonne compréhension des enjeux métier et la capacité à transformer une question opérationnelle en modèle de données pertinent.\n\nLes bases de Git.\n\nNous recherchons une expérience réelle de production, pas un nombre précis d'années de carrière. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'être senior pour réussir dans ce poste.\nLes atouts supplémentaires\nUne pratique de Python.\n\nUne expérience de Claude Code ou de Claude Cowork.
