Our exponential growth sees us looking for extraordinary people to help accelerate us towards our vision.\nBut we can’t do this without you.\nThe Role\nMain Responsibilities\nPrepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements for holding companies in accordance with Local GAAP and IFRS\nManage timely group reporting submissions and intercompany reconciliations\nCoordinate the preparation of annual accounts for all relevant holding entities (e.g. Lux GAAP, IFRS etc.)\nEnsure alignment between local books and consolidated group reporting\nAct as the key finance point of contact for legal entity management, restructuring, incorporations, and dissolutions\nMaintain oversight of group structure and capital structures, ensuring accurate accounting for equity, shareholder loans, dividends and reserve movements\nEnsure proper eliminations of intercompany balances and interest during group consolidation\nPrepare or review journals for financings flows (e.g. upstreaming, dividends, capital injections)\nCoordinate statutory audit and regulatory filings with external auditors and service providers\nPartner with Group Tax and Legal to ensure entities remain compliant with local requirements, including substance, transfer pricing, and withholding tax considerations.\nMonitor changes in relevant accounting and regulatory standards across Luxembourg and other jurisdictions\nSupport the implementation of strong internal controls and process documentation across the holding company portfolio\nDrive standardisation and automation of reporting processes using accounting systems and other group platforms\nQualifications and Experience\nQualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CA)\n5+ years’ experience in audit and/or financial reporting roles, with strong exposure to multinational/multicurrency legal entity structures\nAdvanced knowledge of IFRS, with familiarity in Lux GAAP, Dutch GAAP or other European GAAPs a plus\nPrior experience managing Luxembourg holding companies or working within a cross-border finance structure is highly desirable\nSolid understanding of intercompany accounting, treasury structures, and corporate financing flows\nStrong analytical, organisational and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders across finance, legal and tax\nHands-on, solutions-oriented mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment\nExperience with consolidation/reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., D365, Yardi)\nAt Yondr, we want to enhance the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of our workforce to reflect the world we live in.
