You are a team player, with ambition to grow into an engaging and motivating leader, capable of creating the conditions for people to deliver and realise their potential. \nTo monitor all engineering assets at the data center by following regulations and guidelines set out in Yondr’s maintain and operate model. To monitor Service provider and contractor works and operations by liaising with all parties, to ensure any proposed works are delivered in compliance with statutory regulation and in line with the site policy including client rules, processes and procedures. The role is a shift pattern based 24/7, and you are expected to provide cover for peers as and when required. \nMain Responsibilities \nEscalate and communicate appropriately incidents to nominated persons in the procedure \nEnsure all systems are monitored appropriately to ensure timely attendance by the 24/7 team \nAssist the service provider and contractors in Root cause Analysis of incidents \nAssist the service provider with planning requirements relating to Projects and Planned maintenance \nAssist in the Planning of workswhich fall under the remit of shift work flows, PPM, Incident reporting, Incident Management and attendance \nOversight of any planned and unplanned activities \nTo proactively work towards and meet the performance objectives of the service delivery for the client \nReport on health and safety aspects particular to shift duties \nThe recording of all maintenance tasks performed complete and incomplete including any necessary reports in reference to repairs and preventative schedules \nProvide reports at the end of every shift \nSupport the Critical service Manager with feedback and suggestions for improvement \nAssist with Technical improvement and discussions around all aspects of delivery on site \nStrong Safety Mindset, with attention to detail (HSE) - PTW, Isolation systems & RAMS \nAbility to perform audits on multiple systems, ISO 9000, 14000, 27000 and 55000 \nTo ensure the shift engineers are undertaking work tasks as directed and with suitable H&S awareness/implementation \nComplete all required training \nQualifications and Experience \nMulti-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical, Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution \nHV switching experience and have a current HV training certificate \nPreferred - 17th edition qualified \nBe qualified as an electrical or mechanical engineer to the current standards \nHave good communication skills verbally and written \nBe a team player and understand the commitment to process required within a critical environment \nGood Leadership & Management skill \nAt Yondr, we want to enhance the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of our workforce to reflect the world we live in.
