What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical and mechanical systems for humanoid robots. Own hardware projects from initial concept and prototyping through testing, manufacturing, and real-world deployment. Develop new robot form factors and hardware solutions for various applications. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on hardware designs based on changing requirements and deployment feedback. Lead and mentor other hardware engineers, providing technical guidance, design reviews, and troubleshooting support. Manage hardware project timelines, establish milestones, and ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.
