Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for a Post-Merger Integration Manager to lead the successful integration of acquired companies and build a repeatable PMI capability for future acquisitions.\nYou will own the integration program from pre-close planning and Day 1 readiness through operational and cultural integration, coordinating leaders across the acquiring and acquired organizations. Your focus will be on aligning people, processes, operations, culture, and ways of working to ensure the acquisition delivers its intended business value.\nThis is a business and organizational integration role, rather than a hands-on technical systems role. Functional leaders across IT, Finance, People/HR, and other areas remain accountable for their respective workstreams, while you own the overall integration plan, governance, coordination, risks, and dependencies.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end integration planning and execution, from pre-close and Day 1 through stabilization and full integration.\n\nDevelop and manage the integration roadmap, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics across functional workstreams.\n\nAct as the key integration point between senior leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization.\n\nCoordinate People/HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other workstreams to ensure alignment and effective execution.\n\nIdentify and resolve organizational, cultural, communication, and process gaps across teams and geographies.\n\nTrack integration risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, bringing leadership clear recommendations and solutions.\n\nSupport the realization of expected synergies, efficiencies, and other deal value.\n\nFacilitate integration meetings, workshops, and leadership updates to maintain alignment and accountability.\n\nSupport due diligence and pre-close planning for future acquisitions, bringing an integration perspective to deal evaluation.\n\nBuild and continuously improve PMI playbooks, templates, governance processes, and lessons learned to make future integrations faster and more effective.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in post-merger integration, M&A, business transformation, or large-scale organizational change.\n\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams, countries, or locations.\n\nStrong understanding of organizational, operational, cultural, and people-related aspects of integration.\n\nExperience working with senior leadership and managing stakeholders without direct authority.\n\nGenuine cross-cultural fluency and experience working with international teams.\n\nStrong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and adapting as priorities change.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with fluent written and spoken English.\n\nWillingness to travel as needed to support integration activities.\n\nExperience in technology, software, or professional
