Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and management accounts.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
- Strengthen internal controls and follow up audit recommendations.
- Assess branch and loan product profitability.
- Support funding applications and investor reporting.
- Coach the finance team.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven senior finance leadership experience.
- Strong financial modelling, reporting and analytical skills.
- Microfinance or financial services experience preferred.
