The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:00AM\nPRIMARY DUTIES\nAdjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature for quality production.\nMonitor and control machines on a daily basis to maintain daily and weekly production schedule.\nComplete quality checks and paperwork every day to maintain production and industry regulations and company standards.\nMake sure work environment remains safe, uncluttered, clean and well-maintained by performing maintenance and general janitorial duties throughout shift as time allows.\nLook over all work orders and instructions to see which materials are needed to complete orders to full customer satisfaction.\nUnderstand shop orders, quantities, substrates, and patterns\nUnderstanding the schedule \nDefects and how to correct them\nUnderstanding the Rewind/Unwind and all functions of the press\nPattern Changes (Order of cylinders)\nSetting up the press \nMake adjustments to manage the ink distribution, speed, and temperatures\nOil and clean the presses and make minor repairs\nPerform preventive maintenance\nUnderstanding the console\nStart presses and standards for print quality, registration, and coverage. Make adjustments as needed\nCollect print samples and inspect them during print runs to determine if any adjustments need to be made and make adjustments as needed.\nTrim system how to set-up engage\nWorking overtime as required, including weekends and holidays\nWilling to move to off shifts if coverage is required\nPerform end of job clean up\nAll other duties as assigned by management\nRequirements\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or GED\nMust be able to speak, read and write English\nPrevious experience operating a forklift\nPrevious experience in a warehouse/production environment preferred\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust be able to stand, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, pivot/twist, balance, and climb.\nMust be able to lift at least 60 lbs. floor to waist FREQUENT, carry at least 60 lbs. FREQUENT, and push and pull at least 48 lbs. of force OCCASIONAL.\nMust pass a physical demands test\nMENTAL/VISUAL DEMANDS\nYou must demonstrate the following sensory requirements in order to perform manual tasks: color discrimination, depth perception, near vision, field vision, temperature discrimination, tactile discrimination, and interacting with others.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nWork activities occur in an inside workspace where extreme heat and cold may occur. There are fans for ventilation.
