Individual will work to ensure the timely completion of projects as directed by the VP of Product Development, Director of Studio Operations, Sr. Creative Designer or other supervisors, and act as a liaison between the design studio and other departments to ensure accurate product development.\nPRIMARY DUTIES\nManage priorities across multiple collections for various business segments\nPrepare materials and schedule meetings to complete collections and achieve line plan dates\nTake thorough notes for stylist during each collection’s line direction, design and color meetings\nUtilize computer software for data entry, presentations, spreadsheets, and image adjustments\nManage communication between departments and with outside vendors\nAnalyze sales data and create survey boards\nAttend meetings with other departments as needed (PFG, Sample Book, Graphics etc.)\nPrecise data entry of relevant collection information (SAP / DAM / Smartsheet)\nCreate collection layouts and prepare materials for the bindery\nReview finished product against digital asset, upload images to the DAM, enter metadata\nPhotograph or scan specialty product for graphics and the website\nCreate design and colorway names for residential and commercial product \nFile Copyright applications online\nCreate detailed reports and manage collection budgets\nShip packages\nCreate tradeshow presentations\nAssist with special projects to include top sellers, trend boards, sales presentations\nSchedule outside design vendors and process purchased artwork to include maintaining organization / filing of archival and purchased art\nRetrieve product samples from marketing services\nOther duties as assigned \nRequirements\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS:\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nCollege degree in business or art related field \nAt least 2 years of related professional experience preferred\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office\nExcellent communication and presentation skills plus a working knowledge of artistic definitions\nAdvanced organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects\nProactive team player and demonstrated ability to carry out assignments independently\nStrong attention to detail\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nGeneral office and manufacturing
