# Warehouse Associate

Description JOB SUMMARY This position plays an important role in supporting the efficient operation of the distribution center. Team members in this role may perform a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, inventory handling, order picking, packing, shipping, and general material movement. PRIMARY DUTIES Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or other warehouse management system tools while meeting established productivity and quality standards. Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and staged for carrier pickup to prevent damage and ensure accurate delivery to customers. Perform quality inspections on picked and packed orders to verify correct items, quantities, and packaging prior to shipment. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments from trucks and other transport vehicles while ensuring proper handling and placement of products. Assist with receiving activities including verifying incoming shipments, unloading product, inspecting for damage, and accurately stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
