Responsible for performing warehouse activities while providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe operations. This role helps ensure the timely movement of inventory, adherence to procedures, and maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.\nThis position is for second (2nd) shift, operating schedule and hours of Monday through Friday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM\n PRIMARY DUTIES\nLead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping\nProvide direction and guidance to warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy\nMonitor workflow and assist in prioritizing tasks to meet daily operational goals\nPick and verify orders accurately using pick lists or other order fulfillment tools\nEnsure adherence to inspection processes to maintain product quality\nAssist with loading/unloading orders onto trucks or other transport vehicles\nSupport receiving activities, including verifying and storing incoming materials\nSupply raw materials to departments as needed (paper to presses, etc.)\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently\nTrain and mentor new and existing employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards\nMonitor and reinforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies\nIdentify and report safety hazards, operational issues, or process improvement opportunities\nMaintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment\nAssist with inventory control and accuracy, including cycle counts as needed\nMaintain the physical condition of equipment and report maintenance needs\nWork overtime as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned by management\nRequirements\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma/GED\nPrevious warehouse experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred\nAbility and experience operating a forklift\nAbility to speak, read and write English\n PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust be able to sit, stand, stoop, squat, bend, pivot/twist, climbing, kneeling, balance.\nRegularly operating equipment such as forklift and/or order selector (up to 20ft)\nMust be able to lift at least 70 lbs. floor to waist FREQUENT, lift at least 70 lbs. knuckle to shoulder FREQUENT, lift at least 70 lbs. FREQUENT, carry at least 60 lbs. OCCASIONAL, and push and pull at least 82 lbs. of force OCCASIONAL.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nWork activities occur in an inside workspace where extreme heat and may occur. May be exposed to outside while walking into trailers.
