The Business Analyst II skillsets may be more specifically defined at the call order level to include systems analysis, requirements analysis, research analysis, or general data analysis.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nConduct background research on assigned projects, such as online market research, public or internal surveys, and meeting with project stakeholders.\nDevelop methods for analyzing gathered information.\nCompile project related data and create detailed reports.\nCreate business process documentation when necessary.\nMake oral and visual multimedia presentations.\nAssist with the evaluation of project business processes, anticipating requirements, and recommending and developing new solutions as needed.\nMaintain a professional approach and demeanor, including interaction with project stakeholders, members of the public, customer executives, and other contacts.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nLeadership & Supervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nSkills & Abilities:\nExcellent documentation, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical abilities\nExperience analyzing complex data\nKeen attention to detail\nExperience in creating detailed reports and delivering multimedia presentations\nProficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite\nRequired knowledge of SharePoint\nStrong public speaking skills preferred\nEducation & Experience:\nRequires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field\n5 years of experience in business analysis\nAdditional Requirements:\nRequires extensive sitting, standing and walking\nLimited weekend and/or night work may be required\nValid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract.\nCurrent valid U.S. Passport is desirable.\nMust be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts\nMust be willing to apply for security clearances, suitability, and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations\nJoin us and you will enjoy an excellent salary and benefits package, including 401k and Flex 125 plans.\nWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
