client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.\n\nOversee end-to-end delivery of software development projects.\n\nCoordinate distributed engineering teams and ensure effective collaboration.\n\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery expectations.\n\nMonitor delivery performance and proactively address issues.\n\nLead client meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.\n\nSupport presales activities, proposals, and engagement planning.\n\nManage client expectations across Time & Materials and Fixed Price engagements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow existing accounts.\n\nRequirements\n\n6–10 years of experience in IT, preferably in IT services or software development.\n\n3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.\n\n2+ years of experience leading teams or managing delivery.\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.\n\nExperience managing distributed engineering teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.\n\nExperience with project budgets, risks, and delivery planning.\n\nUpper-Intermediate or higher English.\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with enterprise clients.\n\nExperience in presales and business development.\n\nUnderstanding of T&M and Fixed Price engagement models.\n\nExperience with AI-powered or SaaS
