enabling brands to better collect, understand, and activate customer content such as reviews, ratings, and visual UGC.\nYou will work in a strong product trio with design and engineering to discover, validate, and deliver solutions that create real value for customers and drive measurable business impact.\nThis is a unique opportunity to shape how AI transforms customer content into actionable insights and growth engines for e-commerce brands.\nWhat you’ll do\nPartner closely with engineering and product design in a product trio to discover and deliver impactful solutions\nLead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders\nDefine problems worth solving at the intersection of UGC, AI, and e-commerce\nTranslate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities\nDrive fast iteration cycles from discovery to delivery and learning\nUse qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes\nWork closely with GTM, sales, and customer success to ensure strong product adoption and feedback loops\nBecome a domain expert in UGC, customer behavior, and AI-driven product capabilities\nRequirements\n5-7 years of product management experience in SaaS companies\nProven experience working in empowered product teams\nStrong product discovery and delivery skills\nExperience building or contributing to customer-facing products\nExperience building 0→1 products\nExcellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and GTM teams\nStrong analytical thinking and outcome-oriented mindset\nAbility to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments\nStrong advantage\nExperience building AI / LLM-based products or features\nExperience working with data-rich products or recommendation / insight systems\nBackground in UGC, reviews, or customer engagement products\nExperience in e-commerce or marketing technology\nTechnical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering\nWhy join Yotpo\nYou’ll join a fast-moving team building AI capabilities at the core of Yotpo’s UGC platform.\nThis is an opportunity to shape how brands turn customer content into intelligent, automated, and scalable growth engines -
