# Technical Manager

Job Scope: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage and support enterprise-level IT infrastructure for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Understanding: Gain a holistic understanding of clients' IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, backup/recovery, security, and cloud environments. Work closely with internal and client IT teams to document and map current infrastructure setups. Architecture Documentation: Design and create enterprise-level IT architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio (or similar tools). Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation for each assigned account. Infrastructure Health Reviews: Analyze and review IT infrastructure health reports from monitoring tools or manual audits.
