for the Chinese market\nAct as the primary marketing partner for the CN sales and customer success teams,\nDrive regional impact through: Events and field marketing, Sales enablement, Regional campaign execution, Localization (translations, etc.) and produce case studies, special reports, guides and playbooks.\nEnsure consistent and compelling positioning across all CN touchpoints\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRegional Execution & Ownership\nExecute global marketing initiatives with a clear focus on China\nTake ownership of initiatives end-to-end - from idea to execution\nDrive momentum independently and ensure consistent task completion without constant follow-up\nEvents & Field Marketing\nPlan and execute high-impact events (conferences, hosted dinners, sponsorships, meetups) in China\nManage vendors, budgets, logistics, and timelines with confidence.\nPartner closely with sales teams to maximize event ROI and pipeline contribution\nCreative, Resourceful Marketing\nBring creative ideas to life using a solutions-oriented, resourceful approach\nAdapt and localize global assets for Chinese audiences\nCollaborate with content and design teams to produce: One-pagers, Case studies, Event collateral, Sales decks, White papers/Playbooks/Guides, Webinar Dialogue/Decks, Marketing Videos, Social Media and Posts, including managing our WeChat accounts\nGlobal Marketing Contribution\nContribute to global marketing initiatives and campaigns led by the corporate team\nSupport global tasks such as: Campaign launches, Content rollouts, Case studies and thought with the corporate marketing team and other marketing teams across Affle\nWho You Are:\nA self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and meets deadlines\nHighly resourceful and execution-focused\nComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments\nExperienced/Comfortable partnering with global, cross-functional teams across time zones to drive execution and results\nRequirements\n+5 years of B2B or B2B2C marketing experience, preferably in AdTech, martech, mobile apps, CTV, or other performance-driven environments\nProven ability to own and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end, delivering high-quality results on time and with minimal supervision\nExperience supporting sales and revenue teams through events, field marketing, sales enablement, lead generation, and ABM initiatives\nStrong project management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments\nHighly autonomous and accountable, comfortable driving decisions and execution independently\nEffective collaborator with global, cross-functional teams across time zones\nExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal), able to engage clearly with senior stakeholders\nCreative, solutions-oriented mindset, focused on practical execution and measurable impact\nComfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, analysis, and execution\nNice to Have\nBackground in AdTech, martech, mobile apps, or programmatic advertising, within performance-driven environments\nExposure to marketing for mobile app advertisers, including UA, retargeting, CTV, or growth-focused teams\nFamiliarity with DSPs, measurement platforms, and performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and
