If you're ambitious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales operations, nurturing client relationships, and helping merchants across the country access the funding they need to grow.\n Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing insights to help merchants succeed.\n Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and care - including calls, emails, and platform messages - ensuring all interactions are accurate and timely. \nCollaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Risk, and Operations to resolve merchant inquiries or issues efficiently and effectively. \nSupport merchants through renewals, upsell opportunities, and product education, always balancing customer needs with business objectives. \nMaintain detailed and accurate records of all merchant interactions, activities, and account updates across internal systems and CRM tools. \nDemonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build trust and deliver positive outcomes. \nPrioritize workload effectively to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining accuracy and a customer-first mindset. \nBring commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for working with SMEs in a dynamic fintech environment.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. \nProven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative. \nTeam-oriented with a collaborative approach to work. \nPositive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus.
