The UX/UI Designer will primarily work on our A/B testing team within the Marketing department.\nEssential Functions:\nAssist in conducting UX research, including user surveys and usability testing, to gather design insights. \nWork with Web Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to prioritize tests and variants to be designed for testing. \nCreate wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design alignment with functionality and aesthetics. \nConduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and test results.\nSupport the global brand through consistent UI and componentized design.\nParticipate in design reviews, presenting work and incorporating constructive feedback. \nSkills & Qualifications:\nProficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools. \nBasic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). \nStrong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with team members. \nA portfolio showcasing UI design projects, internships, or coursework demonstrating design capability. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with guidance.\nPreferred Education & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field. \n0-2 years of professional or internship experience in UX/UI design. \nSupervisory Responsibility:\nThis job does not have supervisory responsibilities.\nWork Environment:\nThis job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\nThis position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
