In deze rol ontwerp, implementeer, optimaliseer en bewaak je enterprise securityoplossingen om de security posture te versterken, de compliance te waarborgen en security-transformatie aan te jaren. Je standplaats is Utrecht of Amsterdam en je rapporteert aan de Service Delivery Manager.\nJouw werk als Senior Microsoft Security Engineer\nJe implementeert en optimaliseert Microsoft securityoplossingen, beoordeelt de securitymaturiteit en voert posture reviews uit binnen Microsoft cloud- en hybride omgevingen. Je ontwikkelt security baselines, standaarden, beleid en governanceframeworks, signaleert securitygaten en stelt verbeterplannen op om risico's aantoonbaar te verlagen. Je configureert Secure Score en Exposure Management en past Zero Trust-principes toe op identiteit, endpoints, data en cloudworkloads.\nRisk, compliance en threat management\nJe voert securityassessments uit conform CIS, NIST, ISO 27001 en Microsoft Security Best Practices, werkt remediatieroadmaps uit en ondersteunt audits en regelgeving. Je bewaakt security-KPI's en rapporteert hierover aan het management via dashboards.
