Global Traffic Manager (F/H)

Context

Within our international marketing team, we are looking for a Paid Media Manager to oversee our two business lines, Direct (B2C) and Partnerships (B2B), as well as our Paid Media investments across four European countries: France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

You will be responsible for executing the digital acquisition strategy, working closely with the local marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1) Managing multi-country Paid Media campaigns

• • Execute bidding strategies across media platforms, including Google Ads, Display, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, in collaboration with the Business Units, meaning the different countries, and the Business Lines, Direct and Partnerships
  • Ensure that the monthly spending and performance targets agreed upon with the local teams are met
  • Lead any action plans required to achieve these targets

2) Performance reporting and management

• • Produce and lead weekly reports and performance reviews to analyze trends and share progress on Paid Media projects with the marketing teams across all countries
  • Lead monthly business reviews and steering committees with Management

3) Monitoring, innovation and cross-functional projects

• • Monitor market best practices and new developments related to changes in consumer purchasing behavior driven by AI, and define priority actions to adapt Younited’s strategy
  • Oversee cross-functional projects affecting Paid Media objectives, in collaboration with Younited’s central teams, including Analytics, Risk, Product, and Pricing
