This role serves as a primary support resource for Private Bankers and Commercial Lenders, helping deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand existing commercial clients into full household banking relationships.\nThe Private Banking Associate works closely with business owners, executives, and affluent clients to coordinate banking services, facilitate account openings, manage client priorities, and provide proactive follow-up. The position enhances service capacity and scalability across the Commercial and Private Banking teams by ensuring timely execution of client requests, strengthening client engagement, and identifying opportunities for wealth management, deposit, and lending referrals. implementation, and relationship setup.\n\nServes as a primary point of contact for client service requests and banking-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.\n\nPartners with Commercial Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to expand commercial banking relationships into full household banking relationships.\n\nIdentifies opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through deposit products, treasury services, personal banking solutions, and wealth management referrals.\n\nProactively manages client priorities, follow-up activities, and service requests to help ensure a seamless client experience.\n\nCoordinates ongoing relationship reviews and client outreach efforts to strengthen engagement and identify growth opportunities.\n\nWorks collaboratively with internal banking partners to ensure effective delivery of products and services aligned with client objectives.\n\nSupports deposit growth initiatives through relationship expansion and proactive client engagement.\n\nUtilizes SalesForce and other Bank systems to maintain accurate client information, pipeline activity, referral tracking, and service records.\n\nMaintains awareness of client financial needs, banking trends, and market opportunities to assist relationship teams in identifying new business opportunities.\n\nSupports the First Fidelity Bank mission, exemplifies the Bank's core values, and adheres to all Bank policies, procedures, and performance standards.\n\nMaintains a high level of compliance in accordance with Bank policies and procedures and remains knowledgeable of and adheres to applicable laws and regulations.\n\nActively communicates and collaborates with internal departments to maximize client service and relationship opportunities.\n\nPerforms work in the best possible interest of the client and actively supports the Bank's service culture.\n\nPerforms other relevant duties as assigned.\n\nRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.\n\nQualifications\nEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum of 5 years of banking, private banking, commercial banking, treasury management, wealth management, or related financial services experience preferred.\n\nExperience with account onboarding, deposit products, relationship management, and client service activities.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and service requests while maintaining high levels of accuracy and responsiveness.\n\nExperience identifying referral opportunities and coordinating with internal business partners.\n\nExperience using SalesForce or other customer relationship management systems preferred.\n\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.\n\nRelevant banking or financial services certifications are a plus.\n\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS, ABILITIES, CHARACTERISTICS):\nStrong relationship management and client service services.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nProficient computer skills, including use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and SalesForce.\n\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain strict confidentiality.\n\nMust be driven, accountable, collaborative, and client-focused.\n\nAbility to work independently while effectively supporting multiple
