We provide robust services to our clients across multiple time zones and foster a collaborative, innovative, diverse work environment.\nWe are looking for a results driven and detail-oriented Contracts Manager who will be responsible for the review, preparation, monitoring, and oversight of all contract-related activities to ensure full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.\nEmployment: 1099 Consultant. 20-30 hours per week.\nWorksite Type: Fully remote.\nExperience: 20 years.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDocument Review, Preparation, and Completion\nReview and complete the following contract and agreement documents:\n· Non-Disclosure Agreements\n· Counter-party Non-Disclosure Agreement\n· Teaming Agreements\n· Counter-party Teaming Agreements\n· Prime Contract Reviews\n· Subcontract Agreements\n· Counter-party Subcontract Agreements\n· Agency Offer Letters\n· Joint Venture Questionnaires\n· MPA & MP Application Submissions\n· Small-Small JVOA and JV Packages\nCompliance & Regulatory Oversight\n· Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of all prime contracts and subcontracts.\n· Ensure adherence to FAR, SBA, and all relevant agency reporting requirements.\n· Ensure compliance with HUBZone requirements.\n· Prepare Limitations on Subcontracting Reports in accordance with SBA regulations.\n· Prepare and develop Service Contract Reports.\n· Oversee FFATA (formerly FSRS.gov) monitoring and reporting requirements.\nSubcontracting & Vendor Management\n· Develop and maintain a subcontracting database for active and prospective\nsubcontractors.\n· Participate in the vetting and approval process of subcontractors to ensure eligibility,\ncompliance, and capability.\nContract Administration\n· Support the organization in managing all contract lifecycle activities, including agreements, modifications, reporting deadlines, and compliance documentation.\nSGP is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
