This position requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility.\nLocation: USSOUTHCOM Headquarters, Doral, FL\nWorkplace Type: Onsite\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nCompensation: $85,000 - $95,000 per year\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist senior planners throughout all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), including planning conferences and concept development.\n\nDraft tactical-level cyberspace training scenarios and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) injects under the guidance of senior staff.\n\nCoordinate logistics for exercise planning events, including facility access, secure video teleconferences (SVTCs), and administrative requirements.\n\nSupport Exercise Control (EXCON), High Control (HICON), and White Cell functions during live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) exercises.\n\nCoordinate with cyber live-fire range administrators to ensure training environments are ready.\n\nGather and compile player observation data and evaluator notes to support the creation of After-Action Reports (AARs).\n\nQualifications:\nMust possess a minimum of a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.\n\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time to support exercise and training events.\n\nWillingness to work on-site at the primary duty station in Doral, FL.\n\nOur client provides a variety of benefits including company-paid health, dental & vision insurance coverage, as well as additional employee-paid health insurance options; company-paid life and disability insurance; 401k retirement savings plan with employer match; 11 company paid holidays per year, and paid time off.\nOur client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
