Reports to Director of Retail Operations.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nExecution\nObjectives - Ensure compliance in regard to distribution, new item speed to shelf and all other pertinent client objectives.\nPre Audit Planning - Facilitate client retail visits/audits in assigned region.\nRouting/Store Routing Maintenance (SRM) - Responsible for oversight of routing execution and SRM process.\nPerform RCSM responsibilities for regional clients (if applicable).\nReview and approve all cycle activities.\nGatekeeper of ARTS data (surveys, notes, doc locker, etc.). \nTracking\nPost Audit - Consolidate retail audits and provide feedback/follow up for actions needed to Manager Retail Operations (ROM)s and Director Retail Operations (DRO)s.\nOnboarding - Gatekeeper of 30/60/90 day feedback. Track new hires productivity/results and provide feedback to DROs/ROMs\nCore Roster - Work with Retail Supervisor team to ensure accuracy. \nTraining/Staffing\nTA/TR - Serve as single point of contact with Talent Acquisition (TA)/Total Rewards (TR) in regards to hiring and onboarding process. Assist with requisition and approval process \nTraining - Facilitate and enhance training process for retail operations / direct retail teams (DRT). Work with DRT teams to identify “best in class” training materials and help cascade through Core DRO geographies.
