You will foster strong relationships within the business to anticipate needs and adapt swiftly to changes, all while providing an exceptional candidate experience.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nOversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate engagement to interview coordination through offer negotiation.\nCollaborate with hiring leaders and HRBPs to understand staffing needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies that align with business objectives, to aid in hiring and to enhance candidate experience.\nUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data efficiently and provide actionable insights through regular updates and reports.\nMentor junior members of the talent acquisition team, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.\nEngage in special projects within the Talent Acquisition team and the broader HR team to drive organizational success.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports\nIndirect Reports- This position does have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports\nTravel and/or Driving Requirements\n- Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job\nMinimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job\nEducation Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience\nField of Study/Area of Experience:\n- 2+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including a corporate environment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging top talent.\nSkills, Knowledge and Abilities\nDemonstrated track record of successfully filling diverse positions across multiple departments and levels within an organization.\nStrong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making.\nYou are a Proactive Problem-Solver.
