This includes direct outreach to customers, being part of support/success emails/calls, customer onboarding's, UX and error analysis.\n\nFigure out how to make solutions to customer issues scalable to all customers within our ecosystem.\n\nWork with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Success, Sales, and Security teams to build the correct solution. (Having a technical background is helpful)\n\nManage progress on projects. Help unblock engineers. Push engineers to meet specific timelines.\n\nDocument product features in a scalable way so Marketing, Support, Success, Sales, and Security teams are aligned and can easily understand how the product works. This also includes dogfooding our product to backdate documentation we are missing today.\n\nHandle release schedules making sure all necessary teams are fully caught up to speed on new functionality.
