Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success\n\nWork with product to plan feature releases\n\nDevelop copy for in-app feature releases\n\nBuild consistent product release communications for current customers\n\nBuild consistent marketing communications for mid-funnel pipeline (email, retargeting ads, direct mail):\nFreemium / SMB pipeline\n\nMid-Market pipeline\n\nEnterprise Bridge pipeline\n\nChannel Partners pipeline\n\nDevelop consistent organic product marketing content for social media\n\nManage social media / community engagement\n\nWork with customers and Customer Success
