diagnose incidents and address root causes.\nCollaborate with architects, analysts, Product Owners and project teams to refine requirements and agree on solutions.\nContribute to estimation, sprint planning and assessment of technical risks.\nSupport team members with technical problem solving and share best practices.\nRegularly participate in code reviews and help evolve coding standards and automation in software delivery.\nQualifications\n4+ years of commercial experience developing applications in Java, including practical work with Java 21+ and Spring Boot; experience with Spring Cloud and Hibernate is a plus.\nProven experience designing and implementing inter-system integrations and APIs using REST, JSON, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0 and JWT; familiarity with SOAP and XML.\nExperience building asynchronous integrations using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or other message brokers.\nExperience with API Management platforms for publishing and securing APIs.\nExperience developing solutions in a microservices architecture and deploying them to Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD processes and tools, particularly Bamboo or Jenkins, and with Git/Bitbucket;
