The person in this role will combine hands-on development with active participation in solution design, technical analysis and architecture discussions to deliver modern, scalable Drupal-based e-commerce platforms in collaboration with stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, optimise and maintain Drupal 11 solutions, ensuring adherence to established technical standards.\nParticipate in business and technical analysis workshops to translate requirements into technical designs.\nContribute to architecture design and technical decision-making, assessing feasibility, performance, scalability and security.\nDesign and implement custom Drupal modules and new functionality aligned with product requirements.\nIntegrate Drupal with external systems and services, including product information management and third-party APIs.\nWrite clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.\nConduct and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.\nTroubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues across development, staging and production environments.\nWork with frontend teams to integrate Drupal with modern frontend frameworks and deliver end-to-end solutions.\nQualifications\nMinimum four years of commercial experience with Drupal.\nStrong hands-on experience with Drupal 10 and exposure to Drupal 11.\nComprehensive understanding of Drupal CMS, including custom module development, site building and theming.\nExperience with Drupal upgrades, patching, release management and maintenance processes.\nExperience in product data architecture in Drupal and integration with Akeneo or similar PIM systems.\nStrong PHP development skills and familiarity with PostgreSQL, including performance optimisation techniques for Drupal deployments.\nPractical experience with REST APIs / OpenAPI and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.\nExperience integrating Drupal with frontend frameworks (e.g., React or Angular).\nExperience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and GitLab.\nDemonstrated ability to participate in technical discussions and architecture workshops and to take ownership of technical solutions.\nFluent Polish\nDesirable\nExperience with large-scale replatforming or migration projects.\nExperience in
