The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that address business requirements. This position is suitable for a mid-level developer with proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).\nDevelop plugins, custom workflows, web resources, and integrations using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Web API.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nPerform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.\nMaintain and extend integrations with Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power Apps, where applicable.\nProduce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer activities within the team.\nParticipate in code reviews and follow established development and deployment processes.\nQualifications\nProven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer or in a similar role at mid level.\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.\nExperience developing server-side components (plugins) and client-side scripts using C# and JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Web API, and integration patterns for Dynamics 365.\nExperience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle, source control, and deployment processes.\nGood problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\nRelevant degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.\nBenefits\n100% remote work.
