The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, team coordination, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.\nRole & Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate the work of Dynamics 365 developers, including task allocation, technical guidance, and code reviews.\n\nTake technical ownership of Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nDesign, develop, and extend CRM solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Power Automate.\n\nDesign and implement integrations with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, and Dataverse connectors.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.\n\nDrive technical decisions, resolve complex issues, and identify delivery risks.\n\nOversee Power Platform ALM, version control, and CI/CD processes.\n\nCollaborate directly with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.\n\nMentor developers and establish development best practices.\n\nRemain actively involved in hands-on development.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse.\n\nPrevious experience leading technical delivery or coordinating development teams.\n\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.\n\nHands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Dataverse REST APIs.\n\nSolid experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).\n\nStrong understanding of CRM architecture, security models, data modeling, and performance optimization.\n\nExperience with Power Platform ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.\n\nAbility to estimate, prioritize, and delegate technical tasks.\n\nStrong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nFluent English (written and spoken).\n\nNice to Have\nMicrosoft certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AZ-204.\n\nExperience contributing to solution architecture.\n\nExperience leading distributed development teams.\n\nKnowledge of Copilot Studio / AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.\n\nBenefits\n100% remote work.
