The person in this role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions and support broad adoption across the organisation.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain and enhance Power Apps solutions that support ongoing initiatives and business needs.\nDesign, implement and manage Power Automate workflows to automate and streamline processes.\nManage and optimise SharePoint Lists and related data structures to ensure reliable data handling.\nSupport the rollout and adoption of Power Apps across Global IT, promoting consistent usage and measurable value.\nEstablish, document and maintain governance processes, standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions.\nGather and analyse business requirements and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions.\nProvide user support, troubleshoot issues and resolve defects in a timely and professional manner.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and to scope and deliver new functionality.\nEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with organisational standards.\nSupport knowledge transfer and reduce dependency on single individuals through clear documentation and process standardisation.\nQualifications\nProven practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.\nExperience designing and optimising SharePoint Lists and data structures within Microsoft 365.\nFamiliarity with the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration points.\nAbility to capture requirements, translate them into technical designs and produce solution documentation.\nExperience delivering user training and facilitating knowledge transfer.\nUnderstanding of Power Platform governance, security and lifecycle management.\nStrong
