This hybrid position (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) offers a pioneering opportunity to shape a new operational model through AI-driven automation and product innovation in a public cloud environment.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop the Underwriter OS application: frontend using Next.js/React and backend using FastAPI/Python.\nIntegrate AI agents with the application, extending orchestrators (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph) to coordinate agent execution.\nConnect solutions with core business systems such as policy administration, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal and Outlook.\nDeploy and maintain applications on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines.\nDesign and orchestrate AI agents by converting underwriting guidelines into instructions for agents.\nBuild document-data extraction processes for broker documents and other incoming content.\nQualifications\nAt least 2 years of experience in Data Science / AI, including a minimum of 1 year with production deployments.\nStrong skills in React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI.\nExperience with Azure services: Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI.\nFamiliarity with LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt engineering and context engineering.\nProficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL.\nAdvanced Python knowledge (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and practical MLOps experience (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).\nHands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.\nAwareness of AI governance requirements, including AI Act implications.\nDegree in a technical field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.\nProactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility from concept through implementation.\nNice to Have\nExperience
