The person in this role will deliver reusable APIs and integration flows that connect Salesforce and other enterprise systems securely and reliably, in accordance with API-led architecture and governance standards. The role requires practical implementation experience across API development, integration patterns, testing and CI/CD practices.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop System, Process and Experience APIs following API-led connectivity principles.\nDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce, enterprise platforms, data services and-driven systems.\nDevelop DataWeave transformations, orchestration flows and reusable Mule components to support maintainable integration solutions.\nCreate and maintain RAML specifications, comprehensive API documentation and Exchange assets for consumer teams.\nImplement standard logging, error handling, exception management, retry and monitoring patterns.\nApply API security controls and policies, manage secrets securely and adopt secure integration practices.\nCreate MUnit tests, support end-to-end testing and validate both happy-path and error scenarios.\nSupport CI/CD deployment activities, environment promotion, production troubleshooting and performance tuning.\nQualifications\n3+ years of integration development experience, with2+ years working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.\nPractical experience with MuleSoft components including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Exchange and Runtime/Cloud deployment concepts.\nUnderstanding of API design including REST, SOAP, RAML, JSON and XML, and API-led architecture layering.\nProficiency in DataWeave for data transformation, mapping, filtering, enrichment and validation.\nKnowledge of API security concepts such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, policies and secure properties management.\nTesting experience with MUnit, Postman and integration testing methodologies.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices including Git branching, pull requests and CI/CD pipeline workflows.\nExperience with enterprise integration and API governance; exposure to Salesforce integration is strongly advantageous.\nExperience in banking, financial services or other high-control enterprise environments is advantageous.\nExposure to Kafka or event-driven integration patterns is beneficial.\nFluent English\nPreferred certifications: MuleSoft Developer I; MuleSoft Developer II, MuleSoft Associate or MuleSoft Platform Architect I are desirable.\nBenefits\nCollaboration within a multidisciplinary digital and integration team supporting business banking initiatives.\nOpportunities for technical development and certification aligned with MuleSoft technologies.\nInvolvement in projects that follow documented architecture and governance practices, offering visibility across platform and consumer teams.\nRemote work.
