The person in this role will be responsible for developing and supporting end-to-end Power BI solutions, including custom reports, data models, paginated reports and performance tuning. Work is performed from the Warsaw office (Wola).\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including paginated reports and custom visuals.\nDevelop and optimise data models, implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) as required.\nPerform performance tuning for Power BI solutions through source optimisation, efficient T-SQL, database views and maximising query folding.\nDevelop Microsoft SQL Server applications and write robust T-SQL code for ETL and reporting scenarios.\nIntegrate Power BI solutions with external systems using Web Services, REST APIs and HTTP APIs.\nApply DAX and Power Query (M language) to transform, optimise and analyse large datasets for advanced analytics scenarios.\nCollect and document requirements, produce draft specifications and propose final solution approaches in collaboration with stakeholders.\nCollaborate within cross-functional teams, manage conflict constructively and present technical solutions to business audiences.\nQualifications\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Power BI Developer role, including custom solutions development, dashboards, data models and paginated reports.\nAt least 4 years of professional experience in IT.\nProven experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and strong T-SQL skills.\nExperience working with Web Services, REST API and HTTP API integrations.\nProficiency in DAX and Power Query for data transformation and optimisation.\nDemonstrated ability in Power BI performance tuning by optimising MS SQL sources, creating efficient database views and maximising query folding.\nExperience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).\nExperience eliciting requirements and drafting solution specifications.\nStrong teamwork, conflict-management skills and the ability to communicate results to business stakeholders and diverse audiences.\nEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or
