You will own quality and test automation across UI, API, integration and regression testing, integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines, and assess release readiness using a risk-based approach. You will collaborate closely with backend (PHP/Laravel), frontend (React), SRE and product teams, support manual testing when needed, mentor junior QA engineers and help shape QA standards and automation practices.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, integration and regression scenarios using tools such as Cypress or Selenium.\nIntegrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous validation and fast feedback loops.\nPerform risk-based quality assessments to determine release readiness and prioritise testing effort.\nCollaborate with backend, frontend, SRE and product teams to define testability, acceptance criteria and automation strategies.\nExecute manual testing when required to cover exploratory, usability or complex scenarios not yet automated.\nMentor and coach junior QA engineers, sharing best practices for test automation and quality processes.\nContribute to test strategy, quality metrics, defect analysis and continuous improvement of QA standards.\nWork within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in planning, grooming and retrospectives to align testing with delivery goals.\nQualifications\nProven experience in QA automation with hands-on work in Cypress, Selenium or similar frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of UI, API, integration and regression testing practices and automation design.\nPractical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with PHP.\nExperience testing REST or API-first, service-based architectures.\nExperience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with tools such as Xray and Jira.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and applying risk-based testing and test strategy techniques.\nAbility to produce and interpret quality metrics and perform defect analysis to inform decisions.\nStrong analytical skills, clear communication and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEnglish language proficiency at C1 level.\nDesirable: experience in healthcare or regulated SaaS, and familiarity with performance, reliability and security testing or cloud platforms
