page layouts, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs and deliver implementations that follow Salesforce architecture and development best practices.\nDesign, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), External Objects, and other integration patterns.\nCollaborate with enterprise IT teams and middleware providers to ensure reliable, secure, and performant data synchronisation and integration behaviour.\nParticipate in technical design reviews, system testing, release management, and deployment activities, including unit testing automated deployment processes.\nProvide technical guidance to Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Product Owners, and IT stakeholders regarding Salesforce capabilities and constraints.\nTroubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes, and support continuous platform improvements.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including delivery or support of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.\nStrong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs.\nSolid understanding of Sales or Service Cloud capabilities, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and process automation.\nProven experience developing, maintaining, or troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.\nGood knowledge of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.\nAbility to independently analyse business requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver implementations aligned with best practices.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.\nPreferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator.\nPreferred: Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple countries or business units, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integration patterns, CI/CD and
