The person in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) using supported frameworks and best practices.\nDevelop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and integrations with external systems via APIs and Azure services.\nAnalyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose pragmatic solutions that meet performance and maintainability goals.\nLead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor less-experienced developers to ensure consistent delivery quality.\nParticipate in solution architecture discussions, contribute technical estimates, and support project planning activities.\nDevelop and maintain deployment pipelines, configuration scripts, and environment setup documentation.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.\nDocument development work, including technical designs, operational runbooks, and release notes.\nQualifications\nProven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE developer with several completed implementations or major upgrades.\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform capabilities, data model, security model, and customisation options.\nProficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web API, and working with RESTful services.\nExperience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration patterns using Azure services is preferred.\nFamiliarity with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment techniques.\nSolid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data migration strategies.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are an advantage.\nBenefits\n100% remote work.
