The person in this role will work on cross-platform projects (web, iOS, Android) that may involve multiple teams and business areas. The primary objective is to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, propose viable solutions, and produce artefacts that enable development, testing, UX and architecture activities.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyse business requests and stakeholder needs, independently handling medium-complexity features and coordinating with Architects for larger initiatives.\nDefine and document functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, availability and security considerations where applicable.\nCreate and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development and QA activities.\nModel business processes and system interactions using BPMN and UML (sequence, activity, component and use case diagrams).\nDesign and document integrations and APIs (REST, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger); model asynchronous integrations where relevant (queues, Kafka, RabbitMQ).\nFacilitate workshops and maintain regular communication with Product Owners, Development teams, QA, UX designers and Architects.\nUse Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation; collaborate with design teams using Figma outputs.\nApply Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver work iteratively and support continuous improvement.\nLeverage AI tools to assist analytical tasks such as document and code analysis, generation of user stories and diagrams, and use of AI assistants where appropriate.\nQualifications\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst on cross-platform web and mobile projects.\nProficiency in BPMN and UML (sequence, activity, component, use case diagrams).\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.\nExperience writing user stories and acceptance criteria; practical use of Jira and Confluence.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).\nExperience facilitating workshops and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPractical use of AI tools for analytical work (document/code analysis, generation of user stories and diagrams, AI assistants); willingness to adopt such tools in day-to-day work.\nEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nNice to have: e-commerce or retail domain experience (checkout, payments, orders, delivery, marketplace); certifications such as IREB CPRE or IIBA ECBA/CCBA; familiarity with Enterprise Architect, draw.io or PlantUML; knowledge of microservices and asynchronous integrations; understanding of non-functional requirements;
