The person in this role will lead end-to-end technical delivery, engage directly with the client and senior stakeholders, and mentor an engineering team across development and QA.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and own the technical architecture and direction for one of the primary LA2028 applications.\nLead technical delivery end-to-end, including design decisions, risk management, dependency coordination, and release planning.\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices within the team where appropriate.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with Product, client representatives, and cross-functional teams.\nParticipate in and lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders, clearly decisions, trade-offs, and implications.\nMentor and support engineers across development, QA and related technical disciplines to improve delivery quality and team capability.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, performant, observable, and aligned with cloud-native and DevOps best practices.\nQualifications\nSenior engineering profile with substantial experience in software engineering and prior experience in Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal roles.\nStrong practical experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.\nProven knowledge of cloud-native architectures, distributed and event-driven systems.\nExperience with Kubernetes, observability tooling, and modern DevOps practices.\nDemonstrable architecture skills focused on scalability and performance.\n Strong client-facing skills;
